Fifty-two questions that turn an offsite from presentations into decisions.
Fifty-two questions that turn an offsite from presentations into decisions — thirteen each across Market, Customer, Money and Execution. Shuffle the deck, filter by suit, select the questions your leadership must answer, and export the discussion pack.

How it works
Every card is a decision-forcing question with no generic filler — each demands evidence, a name or a number as the answer.
Suggested arcs: 60 minutes = 6 questions with a decision noted per question; 90 = 9; 180 = 15 with a break. Fewer questions, real decisions.
The pack export includes a decision tracker implicitly: any question that ends without an owner and an action was a conversation, not an offsite.
Worked example
A leadership team selects 8 questions. 'Which assumption in our plan is oldest?' surfaces a 2019 pricing belief; 'What revenue survives if our biggest channel stops?' reveals nobody owns the answer. Both become agenda items with owners before lunch.
Illustrative figures, not a client outcome.
Questions, answered
How do we choose which questions to use?
Vote independently, then compare. The questions multiple people chose carry the anxiety of the room — start there.
Can we add our own cards?
The pack is editable after copying. But resist editing questions into comfortable versions — the discomfort is usually the point.
