Hidden Revenue Opportunity Finder

The next crore is usually hiding inside customers and SKUs you already have.

The cheapest revenue hides inside customers you already have. Quantify four levers — cross-sell, missing SKUs, frequency and new-customer conversion — with overlap adjusted so the same customer is never counted twice.

How it works

Each lever computes eligible customers × adoption rate × incremental value per adopter. Customer-based levers are stacked with a sequential overlap adjustment, because a customer who takes the cross-sell offer shouldn't re-enter the frequency pool at full weight.

Scenarios scale adoption assumptions: conservative halves them, stretch raises them 50%. Scenario bands are decision aids, not forecasts.

The output is a waterfall by lever — assign an owner and a 90-day pilot to the top one before touching the rest.

Worked example

A food brand with 2,000 active outlets finds ₹50 L in cross-sell, ₹10.2 L in missing SKUs, and more in frequency — ₹63.6 L identified in the base case without acquiring a single new customer.

Questions, answered

How do I set adoption rates?

From your last similar initiative. If you have no precedent, run the conservative case and treat anything above it as upside.

Why adjust for overlap?

Because the same customer appearing in three levers triple-counts the opportunity. The sequential adjustment is a deliberate, visible haircut — not precision, but honest.
