A hundred reviews hold the five themes that matter. Mine them with evidence.

A hundred reviews hold the five themes that matter — but only if a human classifies them. Paste real lines, tag each to a theme, and see frequencies that point at the fix. No black-box sentiment scores.

Frequency tells you how loud a theme is; severity tells you how much it costs. A theme mentioned by 10% that kills renewals outranks a 40% annoyance. Act on the intersection.

How it works

Paste reviews, complaints or call notes — one per line. Tag each line to one of six themes (or treat the set as a starting taxonomy).

The tool reports frequency per theme. You supply severity: which themes kill repeat purchase versus merely irritate.

Frequency × severity sets the action order. A 10% theme that ends renewals outranks a 40% grumble.

Worked example

A D2C brand tags 60 reviews: 38% mention delivery, 22% price, and only 8% product quality. The roadmap was about to fund a product upgrade; the evidence sends the money to fulfilment instead.

Questions, answered

Why not use automated sentiment analysis?

Auto-sentiment misses sarcasm, context and the distinction between a complaint and a deal-breaker. Human tagging of 100 lines takes an hour and is auditable.

How often should we mine reviews?

Monthly for D2C/marketplace brands, quarterly otherwise — and always after a product, price or service change.
